[xwiki-users] Mistake on XWiki Syntax page?

On the XWiki Syntax page, it says that [[textSpace.Page#anchor]] will create a link to an anchor. It doesn't work for me, at least on the current page. (The # gets replace with %23 in the url.) Instead [[textSpace.Page||anchor=anchor]] seems to work, even if Space.Page is left out. Where should
