Can you check the value inside the WEB-INF/version.properties file  
you have?

[I.T. van den Dobbelsteen-Heemskerk]

In spite of recent updates, the version displayed in the footer of my pages, 
does not display the latest version.

The current version appears to be 1.0-rc-5.
Today I have update to Enterprise 1.1

Am I doing something wrong?
