Thanks for the quick reply. I
installed xwiki-enterprise-web-4.0-20120420.113602-201.war from the
snapshots area and this fixed the migration problem.

Some migration issues have been fixed after 4.0RC1, and will be
included in the 4.0 final release (which should be out in the coming
