That's because it's on imported on
http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Release+Application
yet.
Note that you can always use advanced search with the exact extension
id (org.xwiki.platform:xwiki-platform-release-ui) and version
(5.0-milestone-1) so that Extension Manager downloads it from
reference maven repository.
