The Scrum Master will be responsible for leading the agile transformation
at the team level and for the successful execution of one or more teams to
support the delivery of strategic technology products. They will provide
leadership, direction, and coaching to the team(s) to encourage adoption of
agile principles and practices, avoiding anti-patterns, and will empower
the team to become self-directed and self-managing. The Scrum Master will
facilitate execution without coercion, assigning, or dictating work and
will remove impediments, or assist the team in doing so, to allow the team
to achieve their sprint and/or PI objectives. They will work to establish a
trusting and safe team environment where problems can be addressed without
blame or judgment with a focus on problem solving, and will foster a "learn
by doing" environment. They act as a servant leader, lead by example, and
always protect the team.

*Key Responsibilities: *
1. Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams within a Release
Train/Value Stream
2. Establish team level cadence and drive team level ceremonies (e.g.
sprint planning, team retrospectives, backlog grooming, etc.) in alignment
with Program level cadences established
3. Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to the team to encourage
adoption of good agile practices
4. Be a change agent and foster a “learn by doing” environment
5. Encourage and facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration
6. Remove impediments for the team(s) and escalate as appropriate
7. Facilitate management of the scrum team’s dependencies between the
program team and third parties, release managers, or other scrum teams
8. Work cross functionally to align strategy, methodology and execution
9. Maintain metrics that provide visibility to stakeholders on team-level
progress and quality
10. Actively contribute to the company’s Agile and Lean Community through
participation in the internal Agile Community of Practice and Scrum Master
Forums.
11. Provide real time feedback to the methodology team based on experiences
with software delivery teams
12. Track and manage project execution in accordance with company's
solution delivery and financial management practices
*Required: *
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of IT experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach
• 1+ years of experience working on mixed methodology program (Scrum
interfacing with Waterfall from a dependency perspective)
• 1+ years of experience working on large scale, multiple Scrum team
projects
• Experience acting as a Scrum Master for multiple distributed scrum teams
• Experience leading agile/scrum adoption at the team level
• Agile / Scrum Industry Certification(s)
*Preferred: *
• Lean Methodology Certification(s)
• Experience with Rally
• Healthcare experience
• Understanding of other processes and methodologies and ability to speak
intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to
the program/enterprise
• Understanding of the value of commitments to delivery made by a
development team
• Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments,
and better development practices
• Participation in industry agile communities of practice
• PMP Certification
*2.Project Manager/Scrum Master: Kanban Process*
*Location: Minnetonka, MN (local candidates or those that can interview
onsite will be given preference, but open to nonlocal as well)*
*Duration: Contract to hire (most likely around 6 months, but could be up
to 6-18 months)*

*Requirements:*
· Bachelors or advanced degree in a related field (Information
Technology/Computer Science)
· 5+ years of health care experience (focus on claims, eligibility,
quality care analysis)
· 5+ years’ experience leading projects (ensuring deliverable
quality, tracking progress, reporting status)
· 3+ years of hands-on overall experience with Data Warehouse
Technologies within the domain of ETL/data integration, BI, and database
management systems
· Utilize communication skills, writing skills, small group
facilitation skills, and formal presentation skills to successfully manage
a project
· Identify/prioritize potential risks/issues throughout the project
lifecycle and develop appropriate contingency plans
· Monitor and document project milestones and outcomes throughout
the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to established quality standards,
using appropriate tools
· Hold responsibility for the process and health of the scrum team
(about 8-9 members per work stream)
· Facilitate the agile process and coach scrum team to meet
objectives
· Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions while
removing any barriers
· Ensure scrum team follows all normal scrum cadences
· Ensure teams are audit compliant
· PMP or ACP Certification preferred
