Job description for Agile Coach *• 15+ years of experience in managing software engineering projects and software engineering teams, involving development• 6+ years of experience in Organizational Transformation through Agile Coaching, mentoring and providing roadmap* • Experience in leading transformation of organizations/portfolios into Agile, working closely with client senior management and successfully guided them through the challenges of Scrum adoption. • Specialization in Agile implementation of multiple scrum teams including teams made of globally / virtual environments • Experience in implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments • Experience in successfully running agile projects of varying size and complexity • Exceptional knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Lean principles and practices • Individual agile/scrum coaching to scrum masters and other scrum team members, conducted Agile basics training to several groups within organization • Strong knowledge of SDLC principles, practices and hands-on experience in using multiple agile lifecycle management tools - versionone, JIRA Agile, Rally etc • Excellent and effective communication skills, should have experience in articulating to VPs, Senior management from both IT/Business organization • Excellent facilitation skills with ability to influence change at higher levels • Certified Scrum Coach (CSC, CSM, PSM II) • Play the Scrum Master role for one or more projects and actively assist the Product Manager and rest of the project teams in adapting to Agile methodology Thank you, Raj B Nandi r...@innovatech-solutions.com 7323012879 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "USITCV" group.
