*Job Title: ABAP Lead ConsultantDuration: 12+ Months ContractLocation: CTUS Citizen , GC onlyHourly Rate: C2C, W2 * Qualifications: ABAP Lead Consultant: - 8-10 years of overall SAP experience in ABAP development with at least 4+ years of experience in developing RF transactions leveraging ITS and various middleware technologies - Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication - Responsible for leading the development and coordinating with the team in offshore, development of custom objects, ensuring adherence to development and quality standards in SAP by the development team. - Knowledge and experience in development in PP, BoM, routing and development of interfaces in WM, MM and PP is a must. - Should have worked with different middle-ware interface technology. Should be hands-on with development techniques as well. - Should be able to understand End-to-End business process flow - Should have experience of working with file interfaces and proxy interfaces. - Should be able to handle team of experienced interface developers spread across different geographical locations. - Coordination with Project team stakeholders - Business / Data Owners, SAP Functional teams, SAP technical team and middle-ware team is required. - Responsible through Technical Specifications, development, Unit testing, cutover planning and Cutover for the developments, Data Migration and documentation.a. Job Level Specific Duties: - Creates design, Technical specifications understanding the Blueprint documents and requirements - Creates system process flow charts for customer and technical review - Reviews deliverables for quality and accuracy - Utilizes best practice processes to create quality output of deliverables. - Articulate design/solutions to the business team and resolves conflicts within the module and in integration scenarios - Builds relationships with customers to improve services and ensure service levels are being met. - Has advanced functional knowledge of area of responsibility. - Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
