The management view is beyond any one project or application- instead the focus is holistic and must maintain the integrity of the infrastructure - a roll-up of all the activities to Governance Management Analytical and problem solving ability blended with excellent Program Management Leadership Track all activities in Jira - leveraging proper workflows and processes Documentation - process updates and changes Record tracking for audit Regular reviews and post of evidence (records of review and modification posting to the appropriate wiki space) Experience in Complex collaborative environment Ensure Processes are followed with required approvals and records Communication- Status; Risks; Issues; Follow up and Follow Through Ensure that all activities support releases for projects are delivered on-time Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility as it relates to the applications or stack wide projects Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress- where necessary Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Identifying, resolving, and managing performance, team building, morale, productivity and SLA issues Designing, implementing and documenting new policies and procedures to enhance current business practices Analyzing and processing data, reports and audits Troubleshooting with websites, operating systems and software Ability to run numerous projects at once and maintain structure and organization Perform well under pressure – remains cool and calm Multi-tasking and balancing heavy work loads Hands on reporting as well as the presenter of information Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements: 5+ years experience as PM and/or PM/Business Analyst Bachelor's degree in information management or equivalent Experience with Agile development management Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Experience as Business Analyst is a plus Working knowledge in Automotive industry is a plus Experience with Atlassian Jira Wiki - preferred. *Essential Job* Project/Program Manager- Focused on Release Planning/Management; *Functions:* Operations and Maintenance *Other* Coordination and Communication between vendor Partners, Ford, Ford IT *Responsibilities:* teams to achieve all goals Experience with PMO frameworks, delivery processes, coaching, mentoring and counseling, project planning and scheduling, creating WBS, scope definition and change control, cost analyses and budgeting, earned value analyses, issue and risk management, and software project estimation.
