*Role: Content Manager* Duration: 1 year Location: Austin,TX *NOTE: IMMEDIATE interviews for Shorlisted consultants* Client is seeking a Content Designer who is passionate about shaping great customer experiences through words and design. If you’re a content strategist who thinks holistically about user experience, who asks the tough questions, and who advocates for the customer, we want you on our team. You’re a content strategist who can: • Strategize and write content for web and mobile (interaction flows, education, demos, videos). • Collaborate with user interface designers, visual designers, and product teams to brainstorm and deliver solutions for our customers. • Write for a variety of scenarios, from labels to transactional content to value props. • Synthesize global product requirements into a clear, compelling story that brings our products to life. • Uphold and help us evolve Client's content standards and voice and tone. • Work well in Agile/Lean UX, remote, and cross-functional environments. • Execute project work quickly and efficiently. • Use data and research to evaluate your content’s impact and push for continuous improvement that shows real business results. • Present and defend your work not just within your Lean UX team, but also to developers, product owners, and other groups. Job Requirements • Excellent, highly creative communication and critical-thinking skills. • At least 3 years of experience writing web and mobile content. • Ability to conceptualize and write effectively with minimal direction. • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional design and product teams. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in B2B or B2C e-commerce, financial services, payments, or retail industries. • Experience in Agile or Lean UX environment a plus. • Professionalism in all aspects of daily work. • Experience with branding and writing both marketing and interaction content a plus.
