· *PERL* - Both Procedural and Object Oriented designs, Mod Perl.
· (6 + years of *JAVA), JAVASCRIPT*, DOS Batch (expert level), WMI,
Android Development.
· * SQL – Oracle (9i/10g), MySQL, DB2, Sybase, ODBC*
· *HTML* 5, XHTML 1.0 Strict,* CSS* 3, XML, SVG
OPERATING SYSTEMS
· WINDOWS 3.11/ 95/98/ME/NT 4.0/XP/2K/2K3/2K8 Data Center Win7 and
of course Windows 8.

INTERNET - WEB DEVELOPMENT - PERL
· WEB SERVERS – *Apache* (both Windows and UNIX), Windows *IIS*,
Lighttpd, Xitami and Sambar. I have installed and maintained HTTP, FTP,
NNTP, and Email (SMTP) servers. I am familiar with Telnet, MUD, MOO, IRC,
NetMeeting, Sametime and other popular communication packages.
· HTML AUTHORING/GRAPHICS DESIGNING - I code HTML by hand, without
the aid of any type of IDE program. The HTML code is more compact and
efficient when done by hand. I adhere to strict W3C practices and produce
W3C compliant code for HTML5 and CSS3.
· JAVA SCRIPTING –I use Javascript (Procedural and Object Oriented)
to manipulate form input, redesign forms on the fly and to check for
accuracy. Use AJAX and CORS calls to allow dynamic Web 2.0 style
interaction and form updating in conjunction with Perl.
· CGI/PERL – I have extensive programming abilities in Perl. I can
write very complex programs that can interface between systems (even
multi-platform), databases (Oracle, Sybase, ODBC, flatfile, etc.), and
socket based communications (FTP, HTTP, SNMP, SMTP)
· LAN/WAN - I am familiar with ISDN, Routers and with various
switches. I can install and maintain large-scale networks 10/100/1000BaseT
or Fiber. Very familiar with 802.11a/b/g in bridged, AP and Adhoc
installations including installation and associated security issues. Can
link WANs over VPN.
