We are seeking a Lead who can identify the root causes of problems and follows the correction process thoughout. *Client's looking for:* - 6+ years using automated Performance testing tool HP LoadRunner. Experience with other performance testing tools like JMeter, SilkPerformer, CALisa, NeoLoad - Significant experience in the planning, designing, development and debugging and load testing scripts. - Ability to translate business and technical requirements into testable requirements and test scripts and to assess a product's readiness based on performance test results - Ability to provide technical expertise and assistance in debugging performance related issues and bottlenecks using a combination of log analysis, code analysis and tools like DynaTrace, HP Diagnostics, JVisualVM. Strong coding background and good understanding of JVM internals, JVM tuning and sizing - Prior experience with production monitoring and production log analysis using tools like Splunk and custom parsers - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, plan/prioritize work along the critical path, and meet aggressive project milestones and deliverable dates - Firm understanding of software testing methodology quality assurance, and SDLC - Experience testing Web-based, mobile, and content technology based applications, risk-based testing approach in a continuous integration Agile/Scrum - Proficient with database monitoring and tuning (SQL, MarkLogic)environment - BS in Computer science or related field; Master degree preferred -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "USITCV" group.
