Leadership role from Global Design to delivery? *Description:* Oracle R12 Project Modules for Engineering and Construction Industry Pre-Requisite to Qualify for an interview Lead and responsible for R12 Oracle project modules with deep functional expertise and hands on experience in setup, configuration, training and knowledge transfer Led minimum five full lifecycle implementation in large and complex environment integrating with Primavera and other software Successfully implemented Oracle R12 EBS in Engineering and Construction industry The person should able to lead and facilitate workshop session ,daily meeting, RICE-W status calls and continued focus to meet deliverable schedule from global design to client transition Gather Business requirements, Analyze and transform to application requirements, Fit-Gap Analysis, Functional Design approval process and strong interaction with development team to test and delivery the solution. Working experience with Onsite & Offshore team environment is required Continue to work with on-site PM and track leads to manage scope and approval process, follow SDLC process, lead testing triage, knowledge transfer and documentations *Subject matter expert (SME) in the following Oracle Project area* Oracle Project Billing Oracle Project Costing Oracle Project Management Integrating Oracle Projects with Other Oracle Applications *Preferred but not mandatory * Oracle Project Portfolio Analysis Oracle Project Resource Management Oracle Project Management Oracle Project Collaboration Configuring the application, develop test cases, test large and complex functionalities of Project Costing and Project Billing Good knowledge on Oracle Project Suite comprising Project Accounting Configured the Budgets through change order in Project Management Tested various Allocation methods to achieve the target Involved in setting up Templates, Auto Accounting, Project Parameters in project Manufacturing Setting up the Project and collecting the cost against Project Task Project Costing and Project Billing in R12 Involved in setting up Project Costing module - expenditure Category, revenue category, auto accounting, non-labor resource /cost rate, labor multiplier and rate schedule. Setting up Project Billing module - auto accounting, event type, implementation options, bill rate schedule Configured Budgeting, setup Budget Organizations, Master and Detail budgets. Supported Project Accounting-Project Costing, Project Billing, GL, AP & AR modules. Involved in setting up project template, accounting rule, etc. Configuration of key areas in Project Costing, Project Billing Auto Accounting, suitable Business flow setups to the client Defined Project related setup options, Project calendar, Project Period and identified Project types, Project Templates, Task related setup and Project related workflow and profiles Worked on setting up the Project rate Schedule for Labor and Non-Labor preferences for Oracle in order to facilitate the resources to enter their cost against the Project and Task number.
