*Job Description:* · Strong Mainframe background. Knowledge of mainframe subsystems like DB2 & IMS as well as MQ. Also knowledge of mainframe virtual systems. · MVS skills. Especially MVS commands, ISPF, EJES and JCL. · In-depth JES2 & JES3 knowledge. JES2/JES3 commands as well as how JES3 Global & Local systems work. · In-depth OPS/MVS knowledge. They need to understand how to code OPS/MVS rules (MSG/CMD/EOJ/EOS/REQ/TOD) and OPS REXX as well as TSO/E REXX. They would also need to understand how global variables are used as well as how to create/update/use OPS RDF tables. · In-depth Netview system automation knowledge or SAZOS as we call it. They need to understand everything about Netview, REXX, SA policy, CRT, timers, tables, global variables, etc. · How to conduct testing in multiple automation environments like OPS/MVS & SAZOS. · EVIEW knowledge since we are in charge of supporting this product as well.
