Working under the direction of the ERP Program Manager, the ERP Lead Analyst will work closely with Business Stakeholders to develop business system processes, collect business requirements, create technical designs, lead projects to implement the solutions and provide ongoing business system support. *DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES* - Is the primary functional and technical analyst for the DFG business systems, including: Oracle eBusiness Suite R12, and other enterprise-scale applications - Primarily responsible for Oracle Purchase to Pay, Expense and Workflow modules for North American and European locations - Supports other solution modules including Projects, AR, GL, FA, and reporting. - Capable of defining, architecting and re-engineering business processes. - Documents business requirements, functional and technical designs, and test plans, models and results. - Ensure document repositories are up-to-date and controlled - Supports Security profile definitions and maintenance - Supports the master data governance process - Able to present proposed solutions to business stakeholders and management via whiteboard and PowerPoint. Translate DFG business requirements into technical designs - Develops business reports, interfaces and module enhancements using Oracle & 3rd party development tools - Performs unit, integrated and functional tests and resolve issues found during testing - Is the primary point person for all Oracle eBusiness production issues.
