If the person is a perfect fit, then Skype might be considered. - MRP-$100-$110K, resource should be able to convert *Job Overview:* - Will report to manager in Facets Competency Center. Team supports core Facets and custom surrounds. Among other needs/roles in org: escalation point for issues that may arise. Business teams/production issues, automation, preference –solution that’s configurable. - Team – enrollment billing, claims, SME’s one of them Corp initiative meetings projects, request from business team, help solve problems, production issues. Challenged. Strong staff but need more help. - *Resource should have strong skills*: lead –expertise in Facets claims and Workflow space to help with issues, day to day problems, resolve issues in production, person needs to understand Facets front and apps group but also needs to understand back end and SQL, run queries, help with analysis. Work with development team. - Looking for someone with Workflow and Claims background and can work with developers- speak their language. Understands Facets tables. - *Need an SME in Claims/Workflow: *Should have strong knowledge of Facets Accumulators tables. In depth knowledge. Problem solver - Years of experience- 6+ years but also how they are able to define/articulate it. - Implemented Facets with other clients- demonstrating that - Strong analytical skills - On site first few weeks, then can work remote. But will have to come in for certain meetings/ projects.
