*Position: Project Manager/Agile *

*Contract for Hire: USC/GC – EAD-GC if local*
· Provide training to the team on the agile process; continue
training during the project execution related to continuous improvement on
velocity, quality, processes etc.
· Work as an advisor helping the team adapt the agile methodology
to their environment
· Act as an effective change agent: painting a picture of how the
Agile world works by telling stories and providing explanation.
· Bachelors or advanced degree in a related field (Information
Technology/Computer Science)
· 5+ years of healthcare experience (focus on claims, eligibility,
quality care analysis)
· 5+ years’ experience leading projects (ensuring deliverable
quality, tracking progress, reporting status)
· Agile/ Scaled Agile experience strongly preferred
· Experience managing team direction, resolving problems, and
providing guidance to team members (approximately 6-10 direct reports with
additional indirect reports)
· Experience with talent acquisition, performance management,
development planning, training/curriculum design, and talent management
· Agile/Scaled Agile experience preferred
