*HP XS and HPA System Admin Tasks:*

·         Manage Executive Scorecard users, groups, roles, resources, and
permissions

·         Performing Executive Scorecard Maintenance:

·         Modify the number of pages displayed in the Dashboard

·         Show and hide debug properties

·         Back up the Data Warehouse and Executive Scorecard

·         Partitioning tables and their indexes, if needed (to resolve
performance issues)

·         Manage Executive Scorecard ETL runs including scheduling,
monitoring & troubleshooting ETL issues

·         Troubleshooting Executive Scorecard application issues in a
distributed environment (Debugging via tracing mechanism and/or using
LogTool to access various logs)

·         Configure Data warehouse, Foundation, Dashboard, XS, Notification
& Engine settings in Executive Scorecard

·         Supporting Migration from Dev to TEST and PROD Environment

·         Initialize, activate, and deactivate Executive Scorecard Data
Sources

·         Schedule Excel file uploads and troubleshoot issues

·         Update LDAP settings in Executive Scorecard, if needed

·         Activate, deactivate, Download, upload, modify, and create CAPs

·         Activate the supported data sources and recalculate the business
contexts

·         Check/Renew Licenses for Executive Scorecard

·         Defining Global and App-Specific Settings in HP Anywhere
Administrator Console

·         Responsible for managing the HP Anywhere apps in the HP Web
Services catalog and the HP Anywhere server:

·         Uploading apps to the HP Anywhere server via the Administrator
Console to add them to the catalog

·         Enabling apps after configuring their required data sources and
settings (if any)

·         Associating apps with LDAP groups so that end users can access
the apps

·         Disabling any apps that you do not want end users to access

·         User and Device Management in HP Anywhere - Restricting
User/Device Connections

·         Troubleshoot HP Anywhere issues (Debugging via multiple log
files)

·         Update LDAP settings in HP Anywhere, if needed
