Duration: 6+Months *Job Description* *Relevant Experience & Experience Required* *(in Yrs)* 8+ Years *Technical/Functional Skills -MUST HAVE SKILLS* · 8+ years of experience in BI Space with minimum 3+ years of experience with Tableau Development. · GIS/Maps in Tableau · HANA Native backend · HANA BW Backend · Excel Backend · Multiple data sources with one front end · Adept in calculations · Row level security · Drill downs and drill back expertise · Strong knowledge in Tableau version 10.1.0 and the advanced features of 10.1.9 · Ability to create complex formulas and calculations within Tableau to meet the needs of complex business logic is required. · Establishing a sustainable Tableau security scheme in concert with corporate security policies and platforms · Creating drill down and drill up in worksheets in tableau. · Experience in design and development of Tableau visualization solutions. · Experience in creating users, groups, projects, workbooks and the appropriate permission sets for Tableau server logons and security checks. · Preparing Dashboards using calculations, parameters in Tableau. · Experience in creating a dual-axis bar chart with multiple measures. · Experience in report schedules on Tableau server. · Blend of data from multiple databases into one report *Roles & Responsibilities* · Build compelling, interactive dashboards in Tableau · Design and maintain a library of shared data sources that enable business teams to create reports and dashboards and do ad hoc analyses as needed · Develop a library of report / dashboard templates that give business teams a jump start on creating common types of insurance analyses · Build prototypes for demonstration and illustration purposes for peer groups, Business partners, or senior leaders. · Should be able to use custom SQL for complex data pulls, see patterns, design visualizations with logical data flow. · Queries Oracle, SAP HANA and other data sources directly to get the data needed to build visualizations. · Performance tuning and query optimization for enhanced user experience when creating complex or large queries. · Excellent Analytical abilities to understand the business requirement and converting them to Technical Specification. · Act as mentor and Tableau SME for other Tableau users across the company.
