Troubleshoot and administer sites to ensure they meet user requirements. Test and implement web sites and applications that support business goals and then help support these web sites and applications once they are in production. *Purpose and Mission* • Partner with internal customers to ensure Global Career websites are fresh, up-to-date, and aligned with web strategy and overall communications strategy. • Post content in a timely manner in coordination with content providers and website staff. • Translate end-user requirements into technical specifications and use those specs to design websites that are technically fresh and vital. • Propose, design and enforce a consistent look-and-feel across client websites, facilitating the process of site design and layout. • Support site-wide user testing. • Monitor website applications and integrated solutions via production monitoring tools. • Respond to and help to resolve production issues as needed. • Support other web-related projects as they arise. *Requirements and Qualifications* - *Experience developing with Content Management Systems (ex.
