VEEAM and HP SIM. CMDB Expert will be utilizing the existing protocols (for instance, web plug-in; assuming that all these tools support services) to analyze how data is populated into CMDB and identify data synchronization problems between CMDB and two above said technologies. Define the future process map to ensure data flow between the technologies and Service Now CMDB. Integrate Grainger Service Now CMDB with third party data source tool to update the CMDB data Service Now CMDB Support following methods of Integration. Grainger Identified data source for integrations should support any one of methods for integrations. * Source data technology should supports web services and XML and Service now is able to fetch CI data using source tool's web services. * Source data technology is using a database for storing CI information and Service now is able to connect the database using JDBC connection. * In case the tool does not support web services to fetch CI data, TCS Service Now SME have to do POC to finalize the integration solution.
