Please share resume. *Local Preferred first or Near By.* *Job Title : Business Analyst* * Location : Dallas, TX* *Duration : 6+ Months* *Responsibilities* - Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. - Provide detailed knowledge of business processes and best practices; as well as, perform business analysis, process design, requirements gathering and ability to drive testing. - May serve as advisor for lower level IT Business staff. - Demonstrates innovation when evaluating the business implications of technology solutions. - Serves as primary contact and technical advisor to clients. - Designs, modifies, develops and writes requirements and specifications of software programming applications - Follows established standards as well as software development and project management lifecycles. - Understands business needs, processes, nomenclature and concepts to formulate clear and thorough requirements. - Prepare Source to Target Mapping and keep it current if any changes *Requirements * - Education – Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or Information Technology. - Experience –– Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project required. Must have good knowledge of SQL and familiarity with testing software and designing business systems. - Experience in health care business or related field, plus 5-7 years progressive experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in health care.. - The ideal candidate must have a strong analytical background with the ability to review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs into requirements. - Database knowledge and ability to analyze data to help formulate system or reporting requirements or test new functionality required. - Experience leading or mentoring junior business analysts preferred - Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization, build consensus and influence others is essential. - Candidates must have strong analytical and operational skills. *Business Analyst Professional certification* (i.e., *CBAP*), or similar industry experience are a plus Thanks & Regards *Isha Sharma* Galaxy Software Solutions, Inc.
