- 12+ years of experience in Testing with Test Management
experience
- Development of methodologies, processes, frameworks, governance
plans, best practices and guidelines to be utilized
- Identify test tools and software
- Complete development of high-level TMO approach
- Determine and agree on communications, timing and methodology
regarding near shore and offshore work among the TMO team and other project
teams
- Resource identification, and on boarding
- monitor, and report the project level testing and enterprise
level testing status.
- Escalate action items / issues/ unresolved defects to get them
resolved per defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Must have P&C Insurance experience
- Knowledge in Guidewire Claims Center / Billing Center / Policy
Center will be added advantage
- Must have excellent communication & presentation skills and be
able to communicate with Top management
