*Responsibilities:*
Successfully plan and execute projects to agreed schedule, budget and
scope/requirements
Manage the relevant project management processes - i.e. initiate, plan,
execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g.
scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder
management
Monitor and control the work to ensure that the project/work stream remains
on track and in control
Plan for and manage change
Reports on progress and variances to the approved program/project baseline
Close the project to formalize acceptance of the project outcomes and
release project resources Interface and communicate with project team
management and stakeholders
Manage project work and resources to enable successful and timely
completion of the project/work stream
Perform appropriate quality processes
Delivery of project aligned to overall business and technology strategies
and architectures
Work within defined governance processes
Manage external contracts and suppliers where required
Develop objectives, phasing and content of the project/work stream to
deliver on the business case benefits, budget and timescales
Manage to the objectives and plan by thorough risk, issue and change
management

*Skills: *
At least 7 years of professional experience as an SAP project / program
manager, preferably in a consulting company
Business processes and SAP expertise resulting from the successful
implementation of at least 3 major SAP projects
Excellent Change Management experience, Operational Change, Process
Improvement
Deep knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodologies

ContractResponsibilities:*
The Project Delivery Lead (PDL) for D (Data & Business Intelligence) is
responsible for the successful execution and delivery of all project
related work for D
This role will span both SAP and Non-SAP project activities.
The D Project Delivery Lead will partner closely with the respective
Project Manager (PM) to ensure project activities are planned, staffed and
executed according to D project methodologies.
They will have hands on delivery focused responsibilities guiding D
deployment analysts, designers (both for Data(Master and ECM) and BI),
developers and data conversion resources in the execution and completion of
project activities to meet key milestones, quality and budget targets.
This position will lead partnering and collaboration activities across D
pillars and ensure D Leadership and key stakeholders are kept informed
of project activities and
status.
For SAP projects, this role will work with the D SAP Delivery Lead to
ensure cross team collaboration and proactive engagement occurs with the
SAP Regional Deployment and Design/Build/Test teams and
operating structures.

*Experience*
7+ years of business experience
4+ years of experience in Data and/or BI roles and activities
Proven track record for fostering environments of collaboration and cross
functional teamwork
Experience working with distributed team members, including offshore talent
Experience with business data and the role information plays as an enabler
of business results

*Technical Skills *

ContractDuties  Responsibilities  :*
Drive and direct your assigned SAP projects and associated teams to
delivery.
Acts on behalf of the business sponsor to ensure successful completion of
selected projects.
Ensure project objectives are met within the constraints of project scope,
time, cost and required quality.
Work closely with Business teams and SAP functional and technical experts
to define project scope and all required deliverables, activities, activity
sequence, Work Break-down Structure (WBS) and work estimates to create a
framework for the project schedule.
End to end project planning including Schedule Development, Resource
Planning, Cost Estimating, Budgeting utilizing all internal project
management tools.
Coordinating and communication with project resources including 3rd party
SAP Consultants, internal team, stakeholders and vendors on all aspects of

Ensuring management of all aspects of the project and maintaining up to
date RAID list and meeting mins.

*Skills and Experience:*
Bachelors Degree educated in Engineering, Computer Science, Information
Systems or Business.
6 years + experience in a SAP implementation or SAP Development or
enhancement project management role, (or similar ERP system) preferably in
a fast paced delivery environment.
Exceptional proficiency in communication and relationship management and
ability to drive the project through completion of each phase, ensuring all
deliverables and outlook is understood by all concerned, business
stakeholders in particular.
A driven self-Starter who brings a lot of energy to work and enjoys the cut
and thrust of a rapidly changing environment
Project Management Tools proficiency (i.e. Ms Project, Visio etc)
Proficient understanding of SAP solutions and
Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
Extensive hands-on experience in producing and maintaining project
deliverables such as, project charter, project management plan, project WBS
and schedule creation, status reports, project resource planning,
communications plan, estimating,  budget maintenance and schedule.
Experience working with and ability to gel well with” Technical Teams and
leads
Ability to work with and manage 3rd party vendors
Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and
change.
Ability to negotiate consensus amongst diverse groups and impact the
activities of others not in own reporting structure.
Conceptual analytical thinking and decision making skills.
Strong interpersonal and social skills; the ability to work well with
people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical
experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with
senior management, clients, peers and team members.
Experience in delivering in a multi vendor environment
Experience with on shore off shore delivery models
Demonstrated experience in teambuilding and leading teams.
Demonstrated experience in managing issues, scope and quality while bring
projects to successful completion within the cost and time requirements.

Experience with Project Managing using a highly iterative and/or agile
methodology

Extensive experience in project reporting including executive level
briefing
Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
High degree of business acumen
Desirable but replaceable by experience
Some form of Project Management Certification.
Experience in Technology support of the end to end supply chain (OTC)
Software subscription transaction handling
