*Description: *

·         The HR Modernization project requires the selection of a Test
Lead for the business process component of the project team.

·         This role will coordinate and document all testing efforts in
multiple phases over the next 18 to 24 months of the project duration.

·         The project is designed to replace current HR systems for
payroll, time and attendance, analytics, and workforce development.

* Job Description: *

·         Manage business and vendor test teams for new HR system

·         Plan pilot testing, system testing, integration testing and
end-to-end testing: 4 phases before UAT

·         Manage and maintain test plans, test scripts, schedules and
planning sessions

·         Monitor and record defects - report to larger project team on
defect and resolution process

*Requirements: *

·         Test management: Unit, Module, End-to-End: 3+ yrs. Experience

·         Experience leading test teams on a ERP implementation

*Preferences:*

·         Some experience with HR system implementations, either in
Payroll, HR, Benefits or Time and Attendance would be helpful but not a
requirement
