*Job Description:-*



This position reports to Global HRIS Manager.  The techno-functional
consultant will provide application support for our key global applications
to support approx. 10,000 workforce in multiple languages – SuccessFactors’
Talent Management Bundle (Compensation, Goals and Performance management,
Learning and Succession Planning) and PeopleSoft 8.9 application. The
consultant will support the upcoming implementations of SuccessFactors’
Employee Central, Succession Planning and Workforce Analytics modules to
support the vision of an integrated HCM ecosystem. The consultant will work
closely with HRIS team and HR functional experts to provide innovative
solutions in HCM domain.





*Key responsibilities*

· Lead design, configuration and/or code and unit test small
projects that require changes to SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft

· Gather business requirements, analyze business processes and
provide options using best practices

· Assist with periodic system upgrades and prepare data mapping for
conversion requirements

· Develop and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft core HR,
SuccessFactors and external applications; Analyze

· Develop test scripts tied to business requirements and act as an
independent tester

· Communicates with HRIS team and business process owners on a
routine basis

· Manage documents including business requirements, business
process flows, functional and specifications, Technical design,
configuration workbooks, etc.

· Key Player to support roll-out of SuccessFactors’ Employee
Central product in 2016

· Manage IT Service requests/incidents related to PeopleSoft and
SuccessFactors

· Work directly with vendors on system issues, patches, upgrades,
downtimes, etc. to provide excellent support and proactively communicate to
users





*Required Skills*

General

· Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate with
technical, functional experts and end-users

· Strong knowledge of and adherence to development standards and
implementing best practices

· Self-motivated with an ability to work both as an individual
contributor and in a team

· Ability to manage and organize workload effectively, prioritize
tasks, manage time well

· Ability to communicate in non-English languages like French,
German, Japanese or Italian is a plus



*Functional and Technical*

· Functional experience in multiple functional areas such as core
HR including Self-Service (MSS, ESS), Compensation, Performance, etc.

· Strong business analysis skills including requirements, design,
process re-engineering, data analysis and reporting, Testing/QA, etc.

· Expertise to manage configurations, Security, Templates/Forms,
Dashboards and analytics, etc. for SaaS based applications including
SuccessFactors(Compensation, Performance), ADP, etc..

· Expertise in 3rd party Integration using Middleware tools like
Boomi, SAP BI, BAE Systems, etc.; integration with SuccessFactors’ BizX
platform

· Data Migration from legacy systems like PeopleSoft into
SuccessFactors

· Strong Query/Report development using tools - SQL/ PS Query,
SuccessFactors’ ORD, etc.

· Strong knowledge of PeopleTools 8.49

· Strong debugging skills on Peoplecode/SQRs/App Engine/and overall
PS Application

· Experience with SuccessFactors configuration including workflow
approval, Security using Role-Based Permissions

· Experience with dashboards and analytics for Performance and
Compensation modules





*Education*

· B.S in Computer Science, Engineering, Human Resources or a
related field

· Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification will be a plus

· Certification in SuccessFactors will be a Plus



*Experience*

· 1 or more full life-cycle Employee Central implementations in a
global company

· 2+ years of experience supporting SuccessFactors application
preferably in a multi-lingual environment

5+ years of experience using PeopleSoft development tools
