Mandatory  Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years relevant experience in the following areas:

Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining PeopleSoft
applications  using the following toolsets:  Application Engine,
Application Packages, Component Interface, SQR, Application Messaging, and
XML;

Demonstrated experience implementing or maintaining applications using
Oracle Database 10g or higher;

Thorough understanding of PeopleTools 8.53 or more, PeopleCode is a plus;

Demonstrated experience in an IT application development environment
supporting a public pension system;

Demonstrated experience working in a team environment; and

Demonstrated experience working and collaborating with IT consultants.



Desired Qualifications:

At least seven (7) years of general applications development experience is
desired



At least one (1) year of experience in developing and maintaining
PeopleSoft applications using the following skills and their toolsets:

Integration Broker setup and Maintenance

WSDL/Web Service Integration

Experience with BI publisher is a plus

Experience in PeopleSoft applications of HCM, Financials or CRM of 9.1 or
higher



Also:

Excellent facilitation skills to bring parties together to develop
effective and efficient solutions;

Excellent knowledge transfer skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to work independently
