Data migration experience is a plus. - Legacy retirement project (3 yrs, started Jan 2016), now has one FT PM, involved in 8-10 legacy requirements - Need another PM to support, since one is not able to handle - DtD: typical PM methodologies, very strong organization skills, a lot of moving parts and follow ups (angle-biting), very strong leader who is focused on results, assessing impacts, work independently, a lot of research. - First few weeks is onboarding, learning culture and methodologies, and then will expect resource to be productive, conducting meetings and etc. - Interview: In person is must, with Ed Rowell and Marry Starr - Sit in Rochester only, can possibly sit in Syracuse as long as willing to split between two locations. - Can be extended based on deliverables and performance - *Top 3 skills: strong Agile and Waterfall project management experience, min 3+yrs of USA exp; application retirement/decommissioning/data retention – should have experience running projects in at least one of these areas;* familiarity with healthcare is preferred; *DB: Oracle & SQL Server*, understanding IT in general, all aspects, how jobs run, some mainframe knowledge *Excellus BCBS* *1710 IT Project Manager II* *August 2016 – December 2016* *Rochester, NY* *Interview: F2F is must* *Summary:* Under the guidance of the assigned Manager IT Project Delivery, The IT Project Manager I/II is responsible for managing and delivering application, operations and/or business projects for the Excellus Health Plan. *Digital experience a needed – Member Website Redesign Project* - Team support of 2 CI: RFP driven related to web platform, another initial redesign for the website rebranding.
