*Job Title : Qilkview Reporting Analyst with Peoplesoft ExperienceLocation : Charlotte, NCDuration : 6+ months contract * The Qlikview Reporting Analyst will provide Solution Architecture for HR data & Business Intelligence solutions; specifically, Qlikview. They will be using PeopleSoft reporting tables to build an environment linked to Qlikview, then developing the reports based on business requirements. Extensive Qlikview AND PeopleSoft Reporting is a requirement *Summary:* This individual needs to understand the HR data model and create solutions to solve business problems. Development and maintenance of real-time and historical HR reports, and coordinating closely between business operations and IS development teams to ensure the creation and delivery of a high quality data model and architecture. Enable operations management at all levels to use business intelligence reporting and analytics technologies in a self-service manner *Responsibilities:* Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics.
