   - This is an operational support role associated with the ongoing
   support of client's proprietary risk management systems and processes that
   help client comply with risk management policies and regulatory
   requirements.

*Responsibilities:*

   - As part of the Reporting Team, candidate will gather, coordinate and
   be responsible for the execution and delivery of reports related to global
   risk applications.
   - Responsible to liaise with functional users and team members to gather
   business requirements, analyze reports to ensure business goals are
   achieved and quality is maintained, liaise with other group members and ITS
   teams to evaluate enhancements.
   - Support the Business Process Help Desk teams, Business Leads, Upper
   Management, & Compliance teams.
   - Candidate will also document issues and defects, liaise with the
   Reporting Project Manager, ITS Development teams, and Business Leads to
   keep all concerned parties informed.

*Responsibilities*:

   - Understand, interpret and challenge requirement specifications
   - Identify and report issues
   - Able to develop reports with little, incomplete or no written
   specifications
   - Can ask logical questions to ascertain requirements /needs
   - Liaise with application's functional users and team members to gather
   business requirements, participate in smaller group projects and support
   the Business Process Help Desk teams.
   - Liaise with other team members and ITS teams to evaluate enhancements
   and change requests.
   - Evaluate and propose solutions for business requirements that impact
   the application.
   - Responsible for maintaining the Reporting Team Operations Manual
   - Participate in the Deployment and Implementation of Projects
   - Analyze existing ongoing reports and look for better ways to produce
   them

*Skills:*

   - BS/BA or MS degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent
   work experience
   - 5-7 years business experience
   - Experience in analyzing reports and business data.
   - Strong quantitative and analytical skills
   - Ability to act quickly on issues and requests associated with business
   needs
   - Ability to work in a fast paced team environment and self-manage, work
   well under pressure meeting tight deadlines and possess excellent
   interpersonal skills to work well with employees at all levels.
   - Experience with application implementation and support procedures
   - Ability to handle multiple tasks and support special project needs
   simultaneously
   - Solid experience with requirements gathering
   - Strong written and oral communication skills
   - Ability to determine appropriate escalation path
   - *3+ years' experience with SQL server: ?Creating Stored Procedures
   (SP)*
      - *Creating temporary tables and views*
      - *Creating complex queries*
   - *Using JOINS, SELECTS, and SQL commands*
   - *Strong experience with MS Access:*
      - *Creating databases*
      - *Creating complex queries*
      - *Creating macros*
   - *Strong experience with Visual Basic, .Net, and Crystal Reports*
   - *Strong experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Visio*
