Responsible for handling and placing all the Bench Consultants as quick as possible . Understanding the consultant technologies and skill set by interacting with consultants on daily basis. . Broadcast the Hotlist to list of the Clients & Prime Vendors / Implementers . Search for matching requirements from vendors and from various Job boards like Dice, Monster,Corp-Corp, carrier builder, indeed, LinkedIn. . Guide the consultant to update the resume as per the requirement and suggest learning the missing skills for his role. . Submitting to the matching requirements. . Responsible for rate negotiations for all the bench consultants. . Getting updates from the vendors for Submittal Consultants till closure. . Deep analyzation about the clients or vendors before approaching for cold calling. . Scheduling the candidates for interviews & Handling the interviews. . Marketing the W2 consultants by various routes. .
