Location : San Jose, CA
Duration : 6+ months

*9+ years candidates with PASSPORT and VISA copy.*

Participate in discoveries with key stakeholders to outline requirements
Strong Sales Cloud experience
Communities experience helpful
Hands on testing and overseeing testing efforts to ensure high quality
deliverables
Build reports, dashboards, and workflows Continuing customization and
development to fit business needs
Diligent and highly organized with strong attention to detail
Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
Must be able to complete highly detailed, complex and expansive
Salesforce administration tasks including user and profile administration,
reporting and dashboards, workflows and field creation.
Must have a strong proficiency in documentation, particularly business
requirements, test plans, user stories, and use cases.
Must have strong technology skills and understanding, with the ability
to work effectively with managers, users, and technical staff, and be
pro-active in problem resolution.
Must be experienced in independently designing, planning, executing and
reporting on requirements-driven testing and solution design.
Must be able to communicate to technical and business users.

*Responsibility:*

· Provide support through our Salesforce portal. Troubleshoot
questions

· Add  terminate users

· Run reports. May need to develop new reports

· Assist with system enhancements as time permits. Provide
configuration not programming support

· System documentation as time permits – create a data dictionary
with fields, active and decommissioned dropdowns
