I sent the email, but got a response that I sent a blank email. This has happened before; I suspect that they are using a buggy email client. I send email in plain text, with my reply below the paragraph I'm replying to, which is the proper way, and all email clients should show that with no problem. I'm not at home, so I can't call them.
