Hello,

Recently we bought a B200mini-i USRP. Since the datasheet shows that this
USRP uses a high-speed USB 3.0 connection, we were using a host with a USB
3.0 port which was not backwards compatible with USB 2.0. We can't get the
USRP being recognized through this USB 3.0 host so far.Testing it in
another host, seems that this B200mini-i is connecting through USB 2.0 and
being recognized as a Cypress Westbridge. Only when the uhd_find_devices
command is ran and the firmware is downloaded, the USRP is listed as a USB
3.0 Device. Thus, this USRP always require a USB 2.0 connection in order to
be recognized.

So the question is: Is it possible to modify something ins the firmware in
order to establish only USB 3.0 connections?

The USB 3.0 host we are using is a USB 3.0 fiber extender from Icron:
