Hi Ron,
Some buffers in the FPGA were reduced in size to only support frame sizes
of 8192 on B200 series. This has been fixed in the upcoming 3.14.0.0
release. Frame sizes above 8192 are not guaranteed to work even with the
fix, but I have run with send frame sizes up to 16360 successfully.
