Yes!
Simply set the clock source (multi_usrp.set_clock_source) to "external"
on both devices, within one second set the same time on both, and then
specify the transmit start to be the same on both; you do that by
setting the time in the metadata you pass to the tx_streamer.send()
method.

Hello,

Is it possible to start transmitting from two different usrpb210's at the
same time using? I am using an external 10MHz reference, 1PPS signal and
c++ API.
