Neel,

I updated to: UHD_3.14.1.1-0-g0347a6d8  as well as v3.7.13.5 for GR, still the 
same issues.

It almost feels like some sort of double/float mismatch somewhere since the 
alignment is so close to being right.

get this to work for a while, but has had no luck with the PPS timing.  Here is
