Updates: All remaining Chromium-shipped platforms have switched to GN.

If you didn't do so yet, please start using the GN workflow for those
platforms.

You can continue using gyp (for now) for configurations not supported by
Chromium, like PPC, S390 and X87. Using GN with those is still experimental.
