I'm having trouble with building a custom box. I'm basing it on
chef/centos-6.5 with additional tweaks. I should point out that *the
original tweaked machine is able to run/halt/get connected to totally
normally* so this is probably me being unknowlegable about the packaging
process.

for what it's worth: I can confirm that setting `chef.version =
11.16.4` works with the :chef_solo provisioner. Have not tried with
:chef_client or :chef_zero though...

I would really like some help. I tried many different solutions and vagrant
is still giving me an error. Vagrants says that the box could not be found
or cannot be accessed. I reinstalled Vagrant and VM many times. I turned my
Firewall off. I tried some other boxes and I'm still
