I have two ansible_local provisioning lines and the first one sets up the
environment so I can clone the main Ansible config.

But vagrant complains about the second provisioning before it even tries
to do any provisioning because the playbook for the second ansible_local
is missing (which is true at that moment).

So, can I make Vagrant delay the check or just ignore it alltogether?

Vagrant version 1.8.1+dfsg-2, running on Debian sid.
