My mistake , i didnt set enough open file ( ulimit ) in varnish server ,
problem are fixed , it run smooth with 0 backend_fail now thanks for helping

I love varnish and really want to use it :D Any clue to fix my problem , it

1.Centos 5.3 64bit varnish / webserver
