I've upgraded Trac to 0.10.3, and added some plugins which, amongst other things, include a spam filter and a tool for removing unwanted ticket updates. This means I was (finally!) able to remove the ticket spam we were hit with in early April.
Please let me know if you stumble across something that was broken by the upgrade.
