Position: Sr. Business Analyst with Banking Payments Services Location: San Ramon, CA Duration: 6-12 Months *Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:* - Work with commercial banking product managers to understand online banking requirements for work streams - Payments (Domestic & International) - ACH, Wires, Transfers, RTP, Bill Pay - Payments Services - Positive Pay, Reverse Pay, Stop Pay - Collaboration - Alerts/Messaging/Chat - Security and Fraud prevention - Information reporting/Reports - Online, Mobile and Host to Host Channels - Mobile App - API Banking - Customer/User Experience - Product Marketing and Launch Planning - Document user stories in JIRA and leveraging Confluence and SharePoint - Highly - Analyze current state and future state - Work with development to refine requirements and document them through user stories *Communication:* - Successfully builds and manages relationships between various field and corporate contacts to fully meet their business process and change management needs.
