[vchkpw] no date in quota messages

Is there any way to get the quota messages to include a Date: header, or mention of the date and time in the body of the message? Because currently the quota warnings don't have dates on them and so it's hard to pin point when a users Maildir reached 90%. Also, it would be grand if you could
