I am wondering if this issue we have is a vpopmail issue or, something else.
The problem is that with domains that have 100 users, it seems vpopmail is
ignoring the .qmail-username. On all our domains with 100 users, our
setup for tmda with vpopmail works like a charm.

when processing users .qmail files. Support for autoresponder
exiting with 99.

vdelivermail improperly translates .qmail commands
that return 99 into 111, which is a soft delivery failure. 99 is a
success, but stop interpreting further .qmail commands. This causes
problems with condredirect and bouncesaying. The following patch resolves
the issue.
