Also you'll need your /var/qmail/control dir as well, as it houses
rcpthosts, virtualdomains, and other required files.

Don't forget /var/qmail/users/assign and the cdb file.  If you keep your
qmail(os) backup separate from your vpopmail backups...  This shouldn't be
a problem if you don't add/remove domains often but, do be careful.  Yes,
this did bite me so I adjusted the way I backup the mail.
