[vchkpw] Rebuilding vpasswd.cdb
Hello list, I have been searching Google today for solutions on rebuilding vpasswd.cdb without using any vpopmail stuff (vmoduser and vpasswd). Is there an easy way? Thanks in advance! Regards, Andryan

Is there an easy way? No. If you don't want to use 'vmkpasswd' you'd have to rely on 'cdbmake' from cdb-tools [1] which is for sure a fine program, but the raw-format it needs is anything but easy (to build manually). RE: [vchkpw] Vpopmail returns wrong quota usage
Hi, Usually what I do is erase the maildirsize file which is located inside the dir of the mailbox, For example user [EMAIL PROTECTED] /domains/zbr.com/xpto/Maildir/maildirsize. The next time a message is received by the user it makes the quota right, at least it works for me. Good luck Regards Rechena From: michele [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: terça-feira, 19 de Outubro de 2004 18:46 To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [vchkpw] Vpopmail returns wrong quota usage Hi, my qmail+vpopmail installation is returning wrong user quota, for example returns 51% of 10Megs, even if the mailbox contains only one message of 1kb. Please Help me, Thanks

Jeremy Eder wrote: I know of a patch currently under development (very near done, must be translated to English) for this exact function. Coder calls it /etc/skel functionality for vpopmail. If anyone else knows of another patch/method, please post. I will post a link to the patch when it's complete. Also, I understand it will be submitted to Inter7 for their review... Jeremy, Any news on this patch? R. -- http://robinbowes.com
