Not only that, but if your MySQL replication gets out of sync, you won't give out permanent errors for new(er) users. At this moment I have 2800 messages in queue and 1500 in queue but not processed. I restarted qmail, even the box and nothing solves that. Check to see if qmail-send is running. If it is, check to see if your queue is corrupted.
