The vqadmin install creates one. The only thing I needed to change in there was the path tot he 'users' file, and since it needed to be readable by the webserver, I changed the owner from 'nobody' to 'www' (the user Apache runs under). I did try it as 'nobody' as well, and same issue. I did notice that the 'vqadmin.cgi' file is owned by root:wheel; is this correct, or should it be owned by someone else (since the install program made ownership of almost every other file vpopmail:vchkpw, I can only assume that the root:wheel ownership was deliberate, but I just want to make sure.
