Suggestion for virtual sqwebmail

Hi guys I know this is not a sqwebmail list but I would like to know if
sqwebmail 3.1 will support virtual host with their own cgi-bin dir, or
do I need to recompile everytime? I see a problem if I need to recompile
everytime that the /usr/local/share/sqwebmail html will point the the
same location?? different template for diff virtual.
