Is this the domain quota information or user quota? Domain quotas have been broken for a long time, the only solution I know of is to use operating system quotas for domains, and to use the quota patch on qmail, which should give a better bounce error than disk write failure. -- The Telegraph to your house is errored because of the monkey done broke it.
